And I realize I'm incredibly gullible for hoping that Episode III will be good. Hope springs eternal, and all that.

Well, the things that made the first three good were Harrison Ford, the death star, and Darth Vader. So this one might be better than Episode 1 or 2, but it still won't be good.
I suppose there is something to be said for the legion of femmes who will watch this movie out of a desire to count Obi-Wan's beauty marks, though I'm betting it's not what George had in mind...
*wiggles eyebrows* Is that your lightsaber, or are you just happy to see me?"

I can't get all Ewan-crazy at WenchCon! That's like apples and oranges (mmm... fragrant Scottish fruits )
But he has the sweetest profile *sigh*
It's not like I think his movies are all great or anything. I HATED Down with Love. It reminded me of why those old Doris Day movies my parents used to watch made me so angry. GGrrrraaarrr!
But the StarWars thing... I saw a pic of EpII Anakin, too, and he had scars and stuff. It was cool.
The fight scenes in the prequels have been good. Sort of funny that the Obi-Wan promo shots were all lightsaber-drawm, ready-to-fight shots, and this first one is so static for EpIII.
I wonder if he'll come up with a way to explain why the EpIV fight scene was so bleh, other than that they 're old by that time. Because Qui-Gon was supposed to be in his sixties or something, and he fought well in the first one.
I should sooo stop trying to make this make sense. *blows nose* Nothing makes sense when you have a fever, and this stuff doesn't even when you don't.
