Man it has reached a point where threads about Bush, whether for or against, are popping up so much and the posts contained therein are all just 'blah' statements "he's a poophead just because" "no he's great just because" that in my mind, theyre going right alongside episode 1 threads and abortion threads and homosexuality threads and 'who should play ender?' threads and the like. It has been discussed and discussed and now i find myself not giving a crap what anyone has to say about it anymore.

On an unrelated note, if you ask for double extra cheese at a good pizzeria, mmm mmm mmm tasty. [Razz]

You spoiled big-city kids and your fast food.

We had to eat shepherd's pie on Tuesdays, meatloaf on wednesdays, and sea wonders on Friday. Uphill both ways. In the snow.

The answer to the thread questions is, "Absolutely positively and with out question quite likely though I doubt it."

I think you just want a thread that lasts forever.

"Pull over Mr, to the side of the bed. You are getting a ticket for speeding, for ignoring a stop sign, and for sniffing her shoes in a tow-away zone." The Sex-Policeman said in his tough policeman voice.

"What about her?" the perp asked.

"Me?" asked the surprised feminane accomplice.

"Yeah you. First you refused to yeild when I had the right of way, then you go by yourself in the car-pool lane."

Man, I got a 95 on the written, but I screwed up on the road test. First I didn't buckle up, then I totally froze when it came time for the paralell parking. Hey, at least I didn't go the wrong way down a one way street.

(I don't even know what that means.)

What would the proper age be? And what would be the cut-off to "work" at the DMV? Would they call it the DMV (without being too vain)?

I guess I had more of a written test in mind, with regular STD screenings.

Seriously, make sure people know how stupid it is to have sex without protection, the real risks, Masters and Johnson studies of the last 30 years... My sister gave me her Human Sexuality textbook (she was going for a Master's in Psychology at the time) when I was 16. It made all the difference. (Sure he's cute, but is he worth THAT?). It really made me take a "What's in it for ME?" stance on having sex. [Evil] I was a selfish little minx. [Big Grin]

Yeah.

Which is why this little selfish minx has only had sex with her beloved, and no one else, in her whole life.

Religious reasons by themselves may have been enough for a while, but education and a well-developed case of self-interest picked up the slack.

Sorry to de-fluff the thread. [Laugh]

I send books to my nephew, who likes to read.

I'm sending him a variety, and he says he reads them, and it cheers me to be (sort-of) related to someone who loves books the way I do.

But he's turning 13, and I'm worried about his education in other areas. I want to send him this, but I'm pretty sure his parents would kill me. It isn't that I don't get along with his mother, but she has troubles of her own and is a bit of an idiot, so I guess I need to just stay out.

I want to, though. 13 is NOT too young for facts, the religious element is not strong there, and I'd like him to have some background before facing the world waiting for a smart, gorgeous, gregarious jock.

For the record, I'm Mormon too, and have only had sex with my wife. All jokes herein are sarcastic in nature and should not be taken seriously by anyone.

Why in the heck are we so serious!

I just got back from the dentist. The thing with the military is that you hardly ever see the same doctor. To make a long story short I don't have the prettiest of mouths, even though I brush and brush and brush. Anyways, the dentist came in the room, briefly looked through my records and mummbled something under his breath as he walked out. What the heck does that mean? Should I feel guilty? Nervous? Stupid?

I'm 21 and I still have dentists show me how to brush my teeth! I really do take care of them!
