OK, I really don't expect any serious responses to this, but I'm getting desperate.
Temple University recently changed its housing policies and is not allowing any juniors or seniors live on campus. As a result I've had to look for an apartment. Thankfully I've found one that I can start living in come August, but I need a roommate. Like I said, I doubt this will attract anyone on Hatrack, but I figured I would give it a shot.
The apartment is at Park Towne Place, just two blocks from the Philadelphia Museum of Art. They have several buildings, but no matter where the apartment will be we'll either have a beautiful view of the Museum or Center City.
It's a two bedroom one bathroom. There's a small kitchen with a full sized fridge, gas stove, trash compactor, dish washer, and microwave included. We're also going to get the place furnished, so we'll have beds, dressers, dining table and chairs and a couch, chair, and tables for the living room.
The setup will be two girls in one bedroom (friends of mine) and two guys in the other. Which is why I need a roommate.
With four people, the rent is between $350 and $500 a month each. This includes utilities, furnishing, and extras (cable, internet, etc.).
