I've wanted to go to Six Flags some day, though. Maybe over the summer?
I grew up near Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, and loved it. Haven't been to many other amusement parks at all.

Mack: Jenni and I live in Chicopee, about 10 or 15 min from six flags. I would love to go, and Jenni and I both have Mon off, but I'm not sure if Six Flags is open during the week yet. I'll check on-line and get the info.
If they are, how does Mon. sound to you? We were planning a picnic, as it is supesed to be 85 on Mon., but there is no reason we couldn't do both....

The park is open 12-6 on Mon., but it is spring break for local schools, so it will be very busy.
I love roller coasters, but I ahve never been to Six Flags; after 5 trips to Cedar Point in Ohio, Riverside, and the following Six Flags, has always seemed a little too tame to bother.
Season passes are about $55, if you buy them now. We can get them at the local supermarket, I think. I can also get a AAA discount on individual passes later in the season, but Mon. is a holiday so I think the AAA office is closed; they might discount the tickets at the gate with my card, but I'm not positive.

Well, Mack bailed (again) so Jenni and I deciede to not go to the park, for some of the same reasons that Mack and Flying Cow did: It's a holiday that falls within spring break for all the school systems in the area, and we just didn't want to wait in line, in 85 degree heat, with a bunch of screaming kids.
Maybe we can do it when the WMASS Picnic comes around. I have every Mon and Wed off, and jenni has Mon off too, so if anyone is in the area....
