Many new friends. Many more new aquaintences.
Started on a pool league for the first time ever last Feb. The captain of the team that played for the bar I worked at saw me practicing and asked me to join the team. Big wonder the other players accepted me. Both of my bosses played on the team also.
Playing BCA pool for the first time. After three weeks I was rated Bracket 2 on a bracket 3 team. I started the season ranked at 64th, the next week I was 14th. At one point I made it all the way up to 7th. Later I dropped back down to the mid 20s and at the end of the season I had moved up to 12th place. We finished the season in first place.
woo hoo.
Anyway enough self promotion.
I now have an apartment again.
