Okay, Hatrack now places an H logo in my Favorites instead of the previous generic browser logo.
And using the back button to get to the main BFFaAC page instead dumps me into Don't Panic.
In older threads, some punctuation typed in ?WordPerfect? then transfered to Hatrack, and nonEnglish letters, no longer appear correctly on the screen.

Using a new/modified forum program? Miscoded a bit?

The little "h" is an appropriately named favicon (favourite icon). It has been there for as long as I have been here, so I am pretty sure it has been there for longer. It is not a recent devlopment.

I've had the the server complain when I tried to use the Back button (Richard Berg, Ars has the same problem).

It's definitely the new software.

Well, the two boards run very different software. It's probably your ISP's caching.

Delete your temporary internet files and downloaded program files.

You sure? They are the only 2 sites that I get this intermittent back button issue.

Hmmm.

I'm getting even stranger behavior; when I post something, I am redirected not to the original thread but to the front page of JeepBBS, a bulletin board about, apparently, Jeeps.
