In the fall I'll be going to grad school at University of Illinois, in Urbana-Champaign. I am in need of housing and so I am requesting the assistance of my fellow Hatrackers!
If you live close to the University, and have an extra room open somewhere, I would appreciate greatly if you could inform me of it. Responding to random newspaper ads is annoying, especially since I live all the way in Maryland right now.

Argh. I am *so* jealous. I have a few good friends who go to school there. But I don't know that they are looking for roommates.

TomDavidson used to live there before he moved to Wisconsin. He might know somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody, if you get the idea.

Sorry, I don't have any friends left there who would be looking for roommates. My good friend is getting a house this year. I'm not sure if Tom has any contacts left in C-U either, sadly. Sorry!
There is lots of housing available in C-U, though, and the bus lines are pretty good even far off campus.
