Does anybody have a list planned out for how they will be spending the summer movie season?

I want to see the new Harry Potter movie! I hardly ever get to go to the movies these days with my tight budget and the nearest theatre is in Boston.
I want to see 2 movies in one day. Like.... Troy and then Harry Potter or vice versa.

It is next to impossible for my wife and I to get baby-sitters and go see a movie. The only two movies I can imagine myself bothering to see would be Harry Potter and Spider-Man 2.

I'll spend the summer movie season the same way I spend hunting season.

Totally not participating.

mph, we should do a babysitting trade as we have the exact same problem. I posted a thread in February about how we have some movie passes but nothing seems special enough to use them for. I thought maybe troy, but since it's rated R...

I'm looking forward to:

Shrek 2
Spidey-2
Harry Potter 3
Around the World in 80 Days
I, Robot
... Two or three more that I have forgotten.

Chronicles of Riddick!! [Smile]

When is the final Star Wars coming out? This summer? I swear if it's rated below PG-13 I'll scream.

I don't think so. IMDB has it listed as 2005.

As much as I was planning on abstaining from the summer movie madness, I went and saw Shrek 2 yesterday and it was fantastic. There were a couple things I wish wouldn't have been in there for the kids' sake, but I was laughing through the entire movie.

Antonio Banderas as Puss in Boots is hilarious.

Have seen: Troy, Shrek 2, Kill Bill 2 (alright, I know I'm late on that one, but hey, I was in Greece. Cut me some slack!)

Will see: Troy (again), Harry Potter (on the IMAX, baby!), Spider-man 2, King Arthur (to laugh at it), I, Robot, The Bourne Supremacy, The Village... and why do the movies in August suck?

May see: Garfield, The Terminal.
