Most states (if not all) have a "state election board" with a website. Usually, they'll have listed all the candidates for each race, and all issues, amendments, and proposals to be voted on. I've given three individual people links in the last few hours, but you can find yours yourself. Just go to the link above, add your state's name in the searchbar, and hit enter.

Actually, I did hit on that particular site when I was searching earlier. But I also had to find out what Districts we are in for different things we have to vote on - they keep changing those darn boundaries. (Some districts are truly weirdly shaped.) And I looked up a sample ballot on my county site, too.
