I was hoping that someone knew of a progam that could tell me when someone was trying to call me when im online, and is cheap, or perferably free.

The only thing I know of for this, and there are probably alternatives, is AOL's Call Alert. The only way to get this, however, is if you have AOL and its 5 dollars a month in addition to your membership fee, though I think they do offer 2 months for free still.
Only way I know this is because I used to work for AOL.

Ok, do a google search for Call Wave. They offer a 30 day free trial, after that, it's 3.95/month. I recommend still reading through the site though, just in case.

The phone company I was with in British Columbia had that, too. Don't remember what the program was called - it was far too long ago! I'd suggest contacting your local telephone company and seeing if they have something. They may, and it may even already be configured to your phone company and be free, which is always good.
