Laugh out loud funny, some of it, though I should warn you that somehow, if you translate and English language movie into Chinese, then re-translate the subtitles back to English, suddenly it has more swear words. [Confused]

The "romantic" balcony scene:

anakin: ("the beauty that you are like this")
padme: ("i let me become the beauty to your love")
anakin: ("not, i love you love deeper")
padme:("your meaning is a love to tie up you")
anakin:("that is not my meaning")
padme: ("at least i say to half")

I like this dialogue better than the original english for this scene. It makes no sense, but at least it doesn't make my ears bleed.

What y'all don't realize is that's what we deal with with most pirated DVDs here that aren't a copy of an original. Seriously.

They take the English subtitles, translate it to whatever the local languages are, and then re-translate that to English, which is what we get.

It's soooo sad. . .

I actually DO realize that, quid, but only because I've seen the same thing for many other movies. Doesn't make it any less hilarious, though.

Alright, I remember it... fairly well.

Anakin said something along the lines of "The Presbyterian Church ignore me big"

Or something like that, he was actually referring to the Jedi Council, but they had it as the Presbyterian Church.

Somehow the Chinese translation of the text, re-translated into English made the Jedi Council come out as "The Presbyterian church".

I imagine the translational error would make more sense if I knew Chinese, but I don't know for sure.
