Dubya officially suck and is the height of being a lame president according to his officious website.

Even ice cream, when overconsumed, becomes a force for evil. Dobya was never ice cream. There have been, maybe, five people in the history of America that could work a successful budget. Dubya has not been making a reasonable budget or a long term Iraq occupation plan.

For the love of all that is good and holy in the universe, please. freaking. stop. Dubya!
