*second self-indulgent whine in two days... it's been a bad week*
The first puppy left Wednesday, two more are scheduled to depart tomorrow. Hopefully I'll survive until then, though I may end up in the doctor's office this afternoon.
Yesterday while bringing puppies in from the backyard, the screen door slammed on the back of my heel. It's done that before but this time was worse I guess because now I have a gorgeous purple bruise. I should have iced it but I didn't realize how bad it was at the time.
This morning putting them out, I had one puppy in each hand and stepped onto the doorstep barefoot, because I needed to put them outside before I got ready for work. It was slippery from the rain and I fell and cracked the knee on the same leg that I already had the other bruise on the back of the ankle. I didn't drop a puppy though and they are fine. I made it in to work and am now icing it but, it's swelling pretty good, I hope I didn't actually crack the kneecap. Man, it hurts!!!

I got the thing done which required me to be on my feet at work the most. So I'm sitting down for a bit before I have to get up and walk around again.
Still hurts like @$%#$#% but the ice appears to have kept the swelling to a minimum.

Guess what?!!! Tonight, getting the puppies back in from out side I walked through the same !@#$@!$@# door and managed to trip and twist the ankle on the OTHER leg.
I'm so excited! Now I get to add a sprained ankle to the list!

Shelby is the one with the eye problem btw. She's going to the canine opthalmologist at 4pm today.
Also, I have ligament damage in my knee. They are hoping it can be fixed with physical therapy. He got my knee to wobble interesting ways from side to side that I'd never seen before. The other knee didn't do it either.
