Ran in the Run for Men's Health 5K up at Chestnut Ridge Park this weekend. I did it in 21:30, got 5th in my age group and a trophy. Cool. Should help me in the race series (MAGP) standings which of course won’t be updated for a few days. Got a lovely pic in of course: Are we there yet?
