And I ask with complete sincerity! [Big Grin]

Also I still feel bad that Tiffany and I had to stand you up those few months ago, if you are still in Utah Valley, I would like to either invite you over to my apartment for games, or setup another movie night. Its up to you.

The rest of you hatrackers may use this thread as you all see fit.

And sources close to the couple indicate that they did so because of hurt feelings resulting from a certain social interaction in which they were snubbed by a couple. Now, I'm not pointing any fingers, here, but...

Yep. I remember that. I think Porter's exact words were, "Bev and I have had it with people. You just can't count on them. So we're moving to Oregon, and our only social interactions will be either online or with farm animals. And the occasional cougar."

Yup, you missed the opportunity to bask in our presence. Sorrry.

Well, I'm sorry we didn't get to meet you, but I'm glad we've moved.

Do you still have family in Utah and is it possible you might come down to visit said family?

Ill likely be driving down to Washington sometime this year, maybe Ill swing by and throw a message laden brick through your window, or perhaps ring your doorbell and just run away. Though most likely I would enjoy just saying hi and meeting you, but whatever, I hope you enjoy having a football team with Donald Duck as its mascot!

Given his interest in football, it would have likely been years before he realized this.

Yes, I have some family in Utah. We'll probably be out there some time this spring.

University of Oregon.

Of course, they're closer to Corvallis, so they should definitely root for OSU instead. Or you know, just ignore all the sports. That's cool too.

Noemon, this is hilarious and sweet at the same time, somehow. I'm not sure I have words to express how glad I am that you're in this community.

Well then, you would want to keep the poison as far away from you as possible, therefore, you can not choose the wine in front of YOU.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this: never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

Ha!

...uh-oh!

About five years ago, I did a skit of that scene where I played both Vincini and the Man in Black with a single goblet.

"I'm stalling."
"I'd like to think that, wouldn't I?"

"Therefore, I clearly cannot choose the wine in front of me."

I'm interested in how the death scene worked . . .

Hey?!?

What's with Oregon being associated with nothing but farm animals and occasional cougars?

We have a lot of fruits and nuts too!

not as many as california does but that is another story...

And OSU is infinitely more prestigious and wonderful and better. Because I am attending there next year.

That's pretty much what I do. Course, that could be because I don't have cable, and have no particular desire to actually go to the games.

Know what else we have in CA? Foster Farms. Know what they sell? Chicken breasts.

Oh sorry, you missed it, they brought it by a little while ago but you weren't home, you'll have to go pick it up at the delivery center.

[ROFL] I would have loved to have seen that.

Better yet, I'd love to live in an area where I'd have the opportunity to do it.
