If you don't have it, go out and buy Maroon by Barenaked Ladies. Then open up Tonight Is The Night I Fell Asleep At The Wheel in an audio editing program like audacity and then just go to town. I've been super-stressed lately, but I'll tell you, the last 20 minutes or so I've been screwing around with this, I've been laughing my fool head off. It's just too much fun. The circus type "oompapa, oompapa" is just awesome when you up the tempo and the things you can do with Stephen Paige's voice are just fantastic. I doubled the voice track and chipmunked one of them and "Come back here you rabbit"-ed the other. Oh, the pure, unadulturated joy.

This is better then when we tried to remix the theme to Small Wonder into "I Like to Move It, Move It".

I have that CD. I like that song.
I don't get what you're recommending, though. Are you just remixing the song, or what? Edit: Ok, you put in a bit more explanation as to what's going on, nvm.

Other things on that album: Pinch Me is the greatest song to listen to at work for bland jobs and Conventioneers is one of the sweetest and saddest songs I know.

Yeah, I was playing the "what does this button do" game.

It's great for me, as I have no musical talent. My freshman year roommate tried to teach my to play guitar, until we realized that it was tearing our relationship apart. I think it was probably when I was trying out the C chord and I somehow set the guitar on fire that did it.

I have that CD and like it -- but I get creeped out if that song comes on while I'm driving. I try to be a rational human, but honestly, I have these little pockets of insanity that just baffle me.
