Okay, fine. It's actually "Recut, Extended, Unrated" but whatever. This is just a reminder to everybody who loved the adaptation of Frank Miller's Sin City that the super awesome version with all the extras was released today. Purchase it wherever fine graphically violent DVDs are sold.

I'll be passing. I couldn't watch a lot of the movie, and quit after, well, certain scenes squicked me out even worse. Fahim's finishing it on his own, without me.
I had no idea it was considered a graphically violent movie. He didn't tell me. I've never read the comics, never even heard of them.
And now I'm scarred for life!

Frankly the comics come off alot different, You ought to take a look at one in bookstore. The artwork is very different from what you see in the film. I mean the movie stands well by itself, but the artwork in the books just cannot be transfered to a movie, they tried but large chunks just look like a crappy noir.

Yeah, bought it today at Future Shop. One day sale price. They really know how to get the money out of my pocket.

One disappointment in the extended version: They included the scene with Marv's mom but they left out the best line in the scene! "I met a girl. her name's Goldie. She's really nice."
