This is probably common knowledge to many of you, but I just became aware that you can type "define: X" in the google search bar and generally get a definition for whatever value of X you decide to go with. It isn't impossible to stump*, but in general I'm pretty pleased with this feature.


*in addition to terms it just plain doesn't know, it seems to be stumped by plurals.

Yeah, I use that a lot.

Another one I like that you guys probably already know is that you can limit the domain that you search.

Like, say, you're wondering if OSC reviewed Shark's Tale. You can search "Shark's Tale site:http://www.hatrack.com/osc/reviews/"*

And it'll bring you to the right page.

*where between the "'s is what you type into google.
