I've just recently started participating in Illustration Friday (illustrationfriday.com) so that I could get back into practicing my illustration and perhaps even get to do some freelance work along those lines (normally I just do graphic design).

I thought I'd post my site address here in case anyone was interested in visiting. Mostly I post my illustrations but I also spotlight some other things that interest me. -- http://www.denniswest.com

I also thought I'd leave this open to see if there was anyone else who had a blog or a site that they'd want to post. It would be fun to see what everyone else was doing.

THanks

I want to make a website to show off my webdesign and hopefully my music compositions and flash design. My time seems to mostly consist of DVD editing.. but you can't really show that off.

If I ever publish a novel I'll see if you could make the cover. [Smile] Pretty cool art work. Have you drawn the Portland Temple yet?

Thanks for the compliment. I'm working on the Portland Temple, but I'm having a hard time getting comfortable with it. I feel the need to include the trees, but because it is so surrounded by them I'm having a hard time feeling good about where I cut them off and end the picture.

I'd be happy to do a book cover. Right now I'm working on a Children's book of my own -- two of it's pictures are in my blog, but I'll leave it as a treasure hunt for you to figure out which two they are. I sent a query to Deseret book but they turned it down. It wasn't very far along at all at that point though. I'm hoping that when I get it done that it'll be accepted by a publisher. I could self publish, but I don't want to have to market it myself. It's for the LDS market. I have a friend who's going to help me work through the text a bit more.

I have three blogs and a website. I don't keep them up often enough. And one of the blogs only has one post.

Lamrot HaKol is my main blog. The name means "despite of everything" in Hebrew.

Word Soup is for poetry or other literary whatnot.

Tipot BaYam is for Torah tidbits. I was actually planning on having a weekly thing on the weekly Torah portion, but I'm bad.

And Lisa's World is my website. It's got stuff about ancient history, Objectivism, Judaism, etc.

UPDATE:
You can read about this on my blog, but I've done a "Pin the Tail on the Werewolf" game for my Daughter's Halloween Party. I've made a downloadable version of it if anyone wants to use it.

Enjoy!

I just thought I'd bring this one back up to the top and let everyone know of a Review site that I just started with some friends. I'm hoping that we'll be able to discuss a wide variety of things on it, from new release movies, to DVDs new and overlooked, to books and games.

The address is http://www.groundlings-review.com

Let me know what you think!

I have a blog, but I rarely use it. Well, I do use the one on my MySpace account. I post at least once a week to it. Most of 4 times. Then I have a few forums and a website.
