This ad was recently released by Amazon.com. Of course, Amazon can't advocate too strongly against a product that is not available, because Amazon members have a vested interest in preordering to maintain their position when the cd comes in.
Here is a good summary of all this:

There are a lot of times amazon doesn't have something. I remember waiting years for Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead to be released on region 1 DVD.
