You should give me a call when you get into town. Although I'm assuming that you're going to have to drive home tonight, which leaves very little spare time for hanging out.
Edit: Everybody else: We need to hang out at some point. I don't really have a spring break or a Mardi Gras break this year, so a weekend would be better if it will require me to leave New Orleans. Alternatively, I might have to go to Baton Rouge to take the GMAT anyway, and if that's the case, I'll probably drive up the evening before and would appreciate a distraction so I don't completely and totally freak out.

I thought I was in trouble for a second. Then I saw who started the thread, and my anxiety melted away.
I think we're getting into town around 8:30 pm and the first opener goes on at 9, so we'll be on a pretty tight schedule. And I am going back to Lafayette afterwards (cause I have to work tomorrow) so I won't have time to hang out on this trip, unfortunately.
I am serious about the Louisiana people getting together sometime in the near future, though.

I'm not good at planning, beyond saying that pretty much any weekend in March is good with me, and I suggest Baton Rouge be the place, since it's semicentrally located.
Beyond you, me, and Avadaru I don't know who else is close enough to come. So let's just figure out an afternoon (Saturday?) that we can all go do something in Baton Rouge.

I'll be on the Northshore for this weekend. That's an hour from New Orleans and Baton Rouge. I'll actually be in Baton Rouge sometime this weekend to see my boyfriend's Ultimate tournament.
After that I'll be stuck in Natchitoches until Spring Break which is April 8th-15th. Then it back to school and I'll be back in the area probably the second week of May once finals are over and I'm moved into my new house.
