I was reading the headlines and noticed that both Brooke Shields and Katie Holmes had their babies yesterday. Add that to Gwenyth Paltrow recently and we have three very interesting names to choose from: Grier Hammond Henchy, Suri, and Moses Martin. I actually don't mind the name Suri. Its kinda pretty in a way but what the heck is up with the other two? I think celebrities should invest in a high quality baby namer in the future. What's your baby name ranking? Any you actually like. I think Brooke Shields pick is the worst of the lot. I don't even know how you would say it and it definetly doesn't seem like a girl's name to me.

I'm assuming "Grier" is an alternate spelling of the name "Greer", which is rare but not weird.

However, Grier Hammond Henchy sounds to me like the name of a General or an Admiral, considering there are fictional and non-fictional military men who have those names.

Admiral Greer (real life)
General Hammond (Stargate- not real life)
"Henchy" just adds to it, it's like a nickname for "Henchman".

It does seem a rather odd couple of names for a little girl.
