Awesome awesome game, im playing it witha friend at school via wireless lan and man its awesome im a wizard and once i figured out how traps work I did his combinaion:

Trap: Obliterate + Slow

Basical olierate uses "all" of my remaining mana to make 1 massive BOOM! However i takes 2 seconds to work and the enemy if obvervant cna get away.

Howeve traps work by using up to 3-4 spells simultaniously so if I also use slow the enemy is slowed down so hey can't get away and they will almsot always die except in rare exceptions such as being able to duck around a corner.

Wow.

I'm looking for a game to occupy a good amount of my time without utterly consuming my life (also needs to be relatively cheap). Any suggestions Blayne?

I am thinking Blayne may not be the guy to ask about the 'not utterly consuming my life' part.

Nox is a really old game basically Diablo II in a wayI'm playing for the MP part but the SP part is mildly entertaining.

Halo for the PC is another suggestion, neither game should take up much of your life.

Nox was rushed out the door JUST before Diablo2 was completed. If you enjoyed Diablo you will like Nox. Nox although is fun because it quick fast fun, rather than REALLY time consuming.

I thought it was worth a run through, but it doesnt hold a treasured place in my memory or anything.

edit: Blayne I almost couldnt believe the Nox in the subject was about the game Nox, I've yet to meet another person who played it. [Cool]

I guess I took it a step further, I thought it was a Stargate Hollywood Squards thread.

I hoped it was going to be a Stargate thread.

Like maybe the series has been spunoff into a series about the Nox and the Furlings. Or something. [Smile] That'd be fun. [Big Grin]

Nox is one of the best games I ever played. Haven't tried the MP option yet, but I've finished the game in all three classes.
The fact that it isn't very recent doesn't factor in that heavily. The graphics are pleasing to the eye and the storyline is fairly well constructed. Well, I could rant on and on, but I guess you'll never know unless you try it yourself.
