Ricardi would not say where or when it was discovered but said it was in the past week.
"It's a smuggling oepration gone bad," Ricardi said.

I don't get the joke, Lyrhawn. Poor people eat mac and cheese and buy/sell marijuana?
Or is it that dumb people eat mac and cheese and Ramen noodles and buy/sell marijuana? Because you would have to be pretty dumb to lose that much of your stash.
