It's on YouTube, it's called "Pony"...but I'm not going to link to it, because it just may be the freakiest animated short I've ever seen. A cute, sweet, demented girl befriends a colorful "pony" she meets in her backyard...and...well...it becomes clear that she has -major- issues with differentiating fantasy and reality.

Disturbing, but compelling.

If you won't link to it, can you provide search terms that lead to it? Searching "pony" or "pony animation" doesn't seem to bring it up, and I'm not sure I'd know which one it was even if it did.

Tags for the short include "Pony" "Pinata" and "3D Animation".

That was pretty disturbing. Well thought out, but disturbing.

The simplicity of the animation and cinematography makes it that much more disturbing.

Heheh. We talked about this one in the original Kiwi thread. I actually liked it; it was ... unique.

Yeah, I've seen it. It's got to be the most disturbing cartoon I've ever seen. It was good though.

Oh, my.

I don't hate it. I don't find it as disturbing as some things. I don't love it, either.

It reminds me of the time my brother and I had been reading about the Celts (he was about 4 years old?) and my uncle sent him four TMNT pinatas (one of each) and after they were smashed, he enlisted me to grab two heads, he grabbed two heads, and we ran around the edge of the yard shouting triumphantly, then "staked" one head to each corner fencepost...
