This is the first I've heard of captured documents, but I doubt this is a new development. Even I've suspected this for awhile.

Agreed, I think we've known this for awhile, this is just the first we've had any confirmation of it.

I'm a LITTLE surprised that they are supporting Sunni insurgents. I really don't think they'd need to, as Saudi Arabia is probably already doing that. It makes sense that they would play both sides off each other, but I'd think they'd get more out of the Shiites winning outright.
