Fantastic book. I hope the movie does it justice.

Unfortunately, from the stills Claire Danes is looking kind of like an uggo. Why take a pretty girl and manage to make her look sickly?

The trailer is now online...

...huh.

The tone they're taking unfortunately feels less like Gaiman's original and more like the tone taken for the slaughter of Ella Enchanted...take a dryly humorous revisionist fairy tale and force it to be Shrek...even though it's not. [Roll Eyes]

Still, I'll check it out.
