I am making a firm commitment in favour of this thread. I hereby pledge to foreswear all pledges of any sort, and any pledges I have already taken are nullified by this pledge.

So if I do this, should I stop reciting the pledge of allegiance? Are marriage vows covered under the anti-pledge?

You know, if you're pledgeless and it bothers you, you can pick some up at any drug store or supermarket. It's in the cleaning supplies aisle.

I think everyone should be an anticonformist.
Do I need to state the obvious? If everyone were anticonformist, then that would be the standard, and everyone would then be conformist.
In order for anticonformity to exist, conformity must exist as well, and as equally, like Jedi and Sith.
