And we almost called you a short while ago (decided against it, partly because we'd never spoken to you before and partly because we don't know if the cell number we have for you is any good three-and-a-half years later -- and "we" here isn't royal, but rather includes Mama).
Since you're here, though -- how can we tell if Superstation broke his nose, and whether he did or not, what should we do about it? He was playing a type of "peek-a-boo" game with Squoose, and Squoose did the only reasonable thing when confronted with a tarp over his brother's head -- pushed him. Superstation fell and hit his face (his nose is all that appeared to hurt) on a table, but since his head was covered we don't know exactly how he hit. His nose bled for just a couple moments, and his nose wasn't swollen or purple or anything. And half an hour later, he doesn't seem to care about it in the least, so I'd assume it wasn't broken. But for the next time this happens, what do we look for? I know it's not capillary refill this time....
I don't know if this is something you can really check for well at home. If he were in front of me, I'd be checking for any "point tenderness" -- i.e., exquisite pain when you press exactly on one point on the nosebridge, but no others. I'd also be checking to make sure he could breath okay.

I'm thinking through other things that might worry me, especially since you aren't sure where the point of impact is.
I'd get him seen immediately if he now has clear fluid leaking from his nose, even if it isn't bleeding any more.
I'd always worry about change in mental status, worsening headache, or repeated vomiting after head trauma in a kid. Also any changes in vision or change in strength or feeling on one side of the body.

He's outside on the swing asking us to throw things at him (soft, bouncy things, like small inflated balls -- if we aim well and he swings high they can fly pretty far). I'll keep the things you said in mind, but I think we're probably ok.
