I'm welcoming all of you to come walk with me at this weekend's Stepout in effort to support the American Diabetes Association. It's a 5k walk and you get a t-shirt. it was fun. Lots of really nice people, and a great free breakfast. I also got a shirt.

We went to Helen, and took other GA. Hatrackers with us. Thanks for the invite, though.
