Hayden Christensen will star as Case in the movie adaptation of William Gibson's Neuromancer.

This can't end well.

Neither Liam Nelson nor Samuel L. Jackson came off well under Lucas' script and direction.
So it's quite possible that Hayden Christensen is a far better actor than anyone would credit.

Yeah, but he was really, really, really bad in Star Wars.

Every time I hear of a movie coming out based on a good book, it's like I'm playing Russian Roulette with five of the six slots filled.

When people ask me what I thing of *newly announced movie X*, I resort to saying "I hope it doesn't suck"

I hope Neuromancer doesn't suck.

The book did not impress me all that much, though the concept of connecting a computer to the brain was really cool.

I liked him on the Higher Ground tv show. Unfortunately, doing well in some indy flicks and badly in a blockbuster gets you branded a bad actor.

Why, oh why, dear hatrack, and all that you oversee, does hollywood latch onto such untalented people.

The sad part is that movie acting is EEEAAAASY.
