Kidding, kidding. I'm referring to the "new" Captain America turning up in issue 34 of his titular series today. (The revamped chest symbol has marked similarity to the Puerto Rican flag.)
It's actually one of the more refreshing super-hero books Marvel's put out in a long time. One gets a snapshot of all one needs to know about Cap, the bad guys, and the direction Brubaker's taking the book.
Best of all, Brubaker comments on politics without doing the thinly-veiled hammer-smashing far too many recent Marvel comics have made.
I'm surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

Really, looking back, Brubaker's been building up to this story since the first issue of his Cap run.

In the previous issue, you can see Bucky receiving what I'm pretty sure is a super soldier injection.
