I read a Sci-Fi short story a couple years ago, called something like simplicity. It was about a highly technical civilization that gets overwhelmed when all their fancy tech starts breaking by a group that uses much simpler technology. This ring any bells with anyone?

Edited to add:

Probably not Burn (#30) -- simplicity, but from wrong perspective
Also not The Road Not Taken, "Pandora's Planet," or "A Call to Arms" (see bottom of same link)
Not on this list either, looks like -- maybe try Hugos and Nebulas (links at bottom)?
