I have a Systemax box/tower. I emailed their customer support. They were absolutely no help. I can't believe they even get paid to send emails that are so patently wrong.
Where do I find out which kind of RAM is compatible with my computer? Please help me.

I had to email crucial customer support. their scanner couldn't find what it needed, and "Systemax Venture" isn't on their lists. Man, I need some RAM. I only have 512 Megs. I should not have gone cheap on the RAM when we got this computer. I'll learn, won't I?

If you're feeling adventuresome, you can remove the ram and copy down any numbers/letters printed on the ram stick, then post them here and we can probably tell you what you need.

If you're going to go to the trouble of opening your case, I recommend you note any text/numbers on your motherboard as well. (there are probably a thousand things printed on there, look for what looks like a model number & manufacturer). You'll might need to understand your motherboard specs before you try to upgrade your ram. It's unlikely but possible you can't add more ram, depending on the motherboard. Sometimes you also have to add chips in matched pairs, or if you aren't going to fill all the slots you have to know which ones to fill first, etc. Possibly this isn't an issue but it really sucks when you install an upgrade and try to turn the system back on and it just beeps at you.
If you are going to a retailer to buy ram you could always just haul the case there and have them open it up and tell you what you need.
