"You would think that Castle Grayskull would be the home of the evil Skeletor, especially with the skull/Skeletor connection, but again, no, that is not the case. Skeletor's home is called Castle Goodhappy."

As Eric notes, this is one of those bad movies that are a lot of fun to watch...it's crazy, it's rarely boring, and it goes for the cheeseball subject matter with refreshing gusto. [Smile]

(My younger siblings would watch this nearly every weekend, years ago. There was always a local channel broadcasting it as their Saturday movie.)

quote:
Eric D. Snider has no use for a He-Man film that doesn't have Battle Cat.
That one line says it all.

Y'know, I started by thinking that He-man was a reeeeaaaally crappy name, before I went and read the article. Then, I realized that this proud sword-owner was known in France as "Musclor".

All in all, I guess that He-man doesn't sound so bad [Wink]

(wouldn't watch the movie, though. But as for bad movies, I strongly recommend "The Substitute", a wonder whose scenario is only equalled by the quality of the screenplay and of the acting).

Yeah, the absence of Battle Cat was glaring. Still, keeping in mind Orko's live action stand-in was Gwildor, maybe it's lucky we didn't see what the low budget version of B-cat would've been.
