Did anyone catch the teaser before Indiana Jones 4?

It's based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's fantasy story about a man born old, who grows progressively younger.

That was such a bizarre trailer. I remember being stunned by the lack of "announcer voice" and most of the trailer is missing any kind of exposition, just flashes of scenes accompanied by music.
Mostly I was entranced by the gorgeous New Orleans setting and architecture that I love so much.

It seems eerily similar to The Confessions of Max Tivoli...I'm pretty sure Fitzy's version is older, and I've never read it, but it sounds EXACTLY like Max Tivoli...weird.

Someone born old who grows younger is a classic trope, going back at least as far as some of the Merlin legends.

Yeah. I'm blanking on the exact one, but I remember from school that at least one culture had a story about an entire land where the inhabitants were born old, then grew younger.

I liked the trailer. It looked interesting. Besides, I'm a big fan of Cate Blanchett, so I'll probably see.

They're both post-F. Scott Fitzgerald stories, but the Star Trek animated series had a reverse-aging universe, and a Damon Knight short story did it as well. (Can still remember images from the Knight short story -- funerals held in reverse, babies returning to their wombs, books being sucked back into printing presses to have the ink removed from their pages...)

This reminded me of the universe in Red Dwarf where time moves backwards. They send Lister there after he's marooned for forty-odd years.
On the subject of Red Dwarf, I've heard there was a third book (after Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers and Better than Life). Anyone know what its called or how to get a hold of it?

3rd book = The Last Human. I got it through ILL, but you can probably find a used copy online. I loved the first 2 books, but didn't like the 3rd much -- only one guy (Doug Naylor) wrote the 3rd book, where the first two books were written by both guys (as "Grant Naylor"). Seemed like the 3rd book lacked the elegance of the first two books.
(Looking at Amazon, they show a 4th book, Backwards, having been written by the other guy, Rob Grant. Interesting, I'll have to give that one a try...)

This trailer had me thinking it was for The Time Traveler's Wife because of all the red hair and shots of him old with her young and vice versa. I was weirded out when it turned out to be for something else.
