The link's blocked, so I can't read the article, but I've certainly seen the sentiment expressed in you quoted text displayed here at Hatrack before. We have welcome threads for new users all the time, and have created multiple good-natured FAQs for Newcomers type threads in the past.

Noemon, I'm well aware of that. That's one of the reasons I posted it here... their list of things never seen on forums are mostly seen here. But, they're presented in a hilarious manner.
It's not an article, it's actually a short video. On reflection, it's probably NSFW. I don't recall any curse words in this specific video, but many of their videos have at least a few, and I may be forgetting one in this particular video.

Because I couldn't follow the link, that wasn't as evident as it probably otherwise would have been.
