They're claiming that the DNA must have come from the stuff Bigfoot ate. So there are these animals that are eating humans, and they're not saying where they found them? That would be irresponsible if it were true...

Naw, it's like that SG-1 episode with the little black creepy-crawly from another dimension that burrows into kind little animals and emits radiation that 'changes their DNA' and turns them into a monster that tears you apart.
