Where can i find good introductory tutorials on how to use perl modules, for now we've been using html pages that POST to a .pl file to do stuff (signing in, making an account, editing said accounts etc) but now we're supposed to kick over most of our stuff into the PM file now.

Oh I don't know have you tried perl.org? Seems like it should have something that might help you.
