I have 2 monitors and I like to to watch Youtube on the second monitor while I use the first monitor. If I type on the first monitor, after I have maximized Youtube, the second monitor will reduce the size of the Youtube video.

Is there a way I can keep the video playing in my second monitor maximized while I actively use the first monitor? [Dont Know]

I've never been able to find a way to make this work. I've had the same problem with other flash video players as well.

Unless you can find a way to stream the Youtube videos through another player that has a full screen mode that doesn't exit on keyboard use, you're probably out of luck concerning full screen mode. (You could capture the video then play the extracted video file through another player - there's got to be at least one that you can get to stay in full screen mode one way or another - but that seems like too much trouble.)

But I assume the thing you want is to watch the video at a larger size...so one thing you could do is just enlarge your view through the browser. (This seems to work for me in Firefox 3. The magnified video has crappy quality but I have the same problem with Youtube's full screen mode.)

You can pretty easily grab .flv video with a number of freeware tools. Download it, then play it your media player of choice.
