Pretty impressive. I wonder if the twin donor was heterozygote or homozygote? If the former, then it seems that the maternal DNA would be different from that of the recipient.

It says identical twin near the end of the article, and they mention the extremely low chance of rejection (which would be true only of homozygous twins).
