No. But it was odd, just yesterday, my daughter was singing that kid's song that the video was based on.

The best thing about 2008 was the fact that it was the year I lost all faith in humanity.

Or at least I thought I had. Then I found out that I still had some faith left and it got screwed over.

The lesson is, of course, that no matter how cynical you are, it's never enough.

So DIAF, Humanity. And Happy New Year.

Maybe 2009 won't be so godawful.
