I plan to have another apartment/dorm again for when I'm in University, I am gonna prepare 2 plans, Best Case, and Worst Case.
Best Case: Full Time Job during the Summer and All Debts (Credit Card, Best Buy, not including Student Loans) paid.
Worst case: No or Minimal Summer Job, still need to make 100-300$ Payments each month.
As it stands the current prices are:

So thats 8 months of stuff, assuming cheapest rent is only 360$ a month that hopefully includes utilities then thats leaves me with:

Now things get difficult, am I paying utilities (University Dorm?), am I paying for the internet? Do I have to use theres and can I opt out for my own connection (which would have better bandwidth)? Is there free food? Am I forced to have a roommate?
If possible I would prefer to pay for my own interwebz. So I will take a few looks around to see what apartments near the campus go for.
Food: I can probly live off of 100$ a month assuming my parents pick up my food or drive me to Costco/Club Price to do my bulk shopping, 150$ tops probly.

And I have no idea how much for the books. The second semester propably in Computer Science I can probably get away with no buying books as I have at least one large 800 page volumne for each subject (yes including Oracle), the PoliSci books no clue! aint that grand.

Things here get finnicky, I think if I maybe spread out the amount given to me on Jan and Febuary over the next three months depending on how much I am still on debt on my cards should be manageable as my worst case, however considering my parents are on my ass to get a job and are telling me in no certain terms is it tolerable for me to not have a job, any job at all during the days I am under their roof, hopefully the tightness of money of case B won't happen as its kinda mandatory at this point for me to find a job.
I am also applying to bursuries and scholarships, maybe I will get lucky.

Blayne, you're going to need to look into taking out additional loans and/or finding a campus job. There's no way around it. And you must find a summer job. You simply can't afford not to.

Yes, by all means, start researching scholarship opportunities now. And look into workstudy jobs while at school; you might qualify, and they're easy money in most cases (especially computer lab jobs).

I haven't yet seen a campus without a computer lab. Even the schools that have so far required that their students buy a computer still seem to have labs available.

I don't know about in Canada, but in the US I've never heard of a dorm that didn't include internet and utilities in the prices.

All dorms at Waterloo in Ontario include utilities at least. I'd be surprised if it was different there.

Utilities are usually included, Internet is usually provided and mandatory. I got my own Internet connection as did many others but since your financial situation is tight, you may have to compromise. Thats too cheap to include any food.
The food is going to be fairly tight. $100 is possible if you exclusively cook for yourself and are very careful about what you eat. But between social events, the temptation to get some fast food while studying, and so forth you should average much higher.

A decade ago when I was in the dorm at the University of Florida, they had a T1 connection. Since the campus wants you to do homework on the internet, I'd be surprised if they gave you lousy bandwidth.
They do have rules about downloading pirated stuff, though, so you'll have to give that up. Or risk getting caught and losing your ability to do your homework from your dorm room. Either way.

1) Get the dorm with a roommate. That's $100 saved, plus possible additional saving if you share in any other living expenses.
2) Pay off your debt now, before school starts - ALL of it. Not just the minimum payment. It looks like you owe $3,600. If interest on that is 10% a year, then you are wasting $360 a year on interest, or $30 a month, that could be used elsewhere. And its possible the interest is much higher than that. Sell possessions if necessary to pay the debt.
3) Allocate $100 a month to savings. Inevitably, one or more months something will come up unexpected that will require money. That savings will pay for any emergency unexpected expense that comes up.

They still need students to sit there and card people as they come in and kick folks out at closing and lock up, though.
