George Harrison Somewhere in England. The specific song is Teardrops. Not one of his best, but I don't want to get up and change it. This CD has both the album George Harrison and the album Somewhere in England on it, and I like the first enough to put it on, and don't dislike the second quite enough to get up and change to something else.

Ooh! Now That Which I Have Lost is on, which is a great song, easily one of the best on Somewhere in England! Not that that's really saying *all* that much, but still, it's a good song.

Ooh... morningstar by AFI. That is the song that will be playing at my funeral.

I'm listening to Natural Anthem by the Postal Service right now.

I'm actually reviewing some cover tunes I recorded today, to see if I can live with the little mistakes or if I'm going to have to re-record some of the parts tomorrow.

Have you gotten to the part with Tom Brokaw yet, kq? [Smile]

I'm revisiting my old favorite album Sahra by Khaled. It's the album that first introduced me to RaĆÆ.

Sigh. There's no way of talking about obscure music that will ever let someone else fully appreciate it.

machines humming and whirring in the background...

This lab is very noisy. It's about the noise level of sitting in the same room as a washer/dryer. Ventilation systems, a dozen freezers, incubation machines...
