Issues thus far that I know if: World Bank Tax
I am generally kinda for this based on the vague details I know of, basically a global tax on banks in order to save up money to use on stimulus to keep the global economy working possibly in conjunction with tighter bank regulations.
However I am pretty much against it being levied on banks that performed well or didn't screw up, like most (or all?) Canadian banks.
