It was a shame we thought we could protect net neutrality for as long as we did?

Charging a flat rate for bandwidth = good.
Charging different rates for separately negotiated services or content types = bad.

The rules, as written, are not clear enough to prevent the abuses I suspect that wireless companies in particular are going to try to sneak through.
