So here is Jim Berkland, the guy who predicted that quake in the 80's, saying CA is expected to have a quake this weekend. Here's the video on Fox News.

So what do you think? Is he off his rocker like his fellow geologists think, or is there some merit to this?

Considering that California averages ~50 earthquakes per day, I'd say that's a fairly safe bet.
Perhaps he could try something a little harder... like a day without earthquakes.
