I have purchased this season of Dr. Who, but "Let's kill Hitler" is not on my iTunes yet. However I came across an opportunity to watch it.

This is my favorite Who episode. Completely not what I was expecting, and it has some of the best dialogue.

Anyone else seen it?

lol

I can't wait for it to come out on iTunes so I can show my family.

I'm getting this season on Amazon, and the shows are available the next morning (sometimes afternoon).

"You named your daughter after your daughter."

Oh, I loved this episode and I've watched it three times.

I can hardly wait for tomorrow when "The Wedding of River Song" should be available.

The second episode this half-season was kind of lousy, but the rest have been very good.

I'm also looking forward to watching the last episode tomorrow - I'm hoping that they'll answer a couple of questions at least.

I was a bit annoyed at the Doctor looking at Hitler as if he came across a Dalek or something. He's met Hitler before for crying out loud and saved his life before from the Time Wyrm and had given him words of encouragement back in the 1920's.

Without spoiling anything, I was kind of disappointed in the finale. It answered questions but not in a way that made me care about the answers.

Really? I hope he was encouraging Hitler to never ever give up on the painting gig and not encouraging, you know, the other thing...

Shanna - I was kind of afraid of that.

Just finished watching the finale and I enjoyed it. It does leave me wondering what River told the Doctor in "Silence in the Library," though.

History HAS to happen the way it happened. So yes, the latter.

The Doctor is an alien remember operating sometimes on blue and orange morality. The second world war was a definitive moment of our history, it had to happen, and always will happen.

Blayne, I think you have an incredibly narrow view of Doctor Who's view of time.

And on a side note, I finally got around to setting things up so I can watch my Amazon Unbox videos on my TV through the Xbox 360 connection. So I'm replaying the finale while I do stuff on the computer.

It varies on the writer. But in general the Doctor has never massively fiddled with history, he would never avert WWII because something far worse will certainly happen.
