A few years ago I wrote a long alternate-history sequence based on the multiplayer strategy campaign I was playing at the time. It had a modest following among those who played the games. Inevitably, though, it was spread out among four forum threads with a lot of chatter and noise in them, limiting its appeal outside those who followed the weekly posts. Now I've gathered the story all in one place, as PDF and HTML, for the enjoyment of new readers! Find it here. The second volume will follow in due course, as I convert the old UBB code posts to LaTeX; it takes a while.
