It's not the first time. But it is disappointing. The only way for a government to become legitimate is to leave it alone so it can do so. This has reset everything for many years.

I've been wondering how tourists and other outsiders will be treated by the new rulers. BlackBlade, do you think President Monson will pull the missionaries out? There are missionaries in Thailand, aren't there?

I can't imagine any rule of Thailand trying to treat the tourists any worse. The country lives by tourism, and everyone in Thailand knows it.

There is the Thailand Bangkok Mission. As long as there isn't violence, I don't see the Church pulling the missionaries out.

I don't think they've been pulled out. But I could be mistaken.
